Cover size

The bag cover should come in multiple sizes. This size does not fit my backpack and it is only 28L...

Good quality; but MUCH smaller than claimed

It’s tough and well made. But it’s a struggle to stretch it over a ~20l backpack. It doesn’t even come close to fitting a 30l backpack.

Good quality but smaller than expected

Impressed with the design, packaging (comes with a velcro pouch) and the handwritten note was a nice touch! Stitching seems solid, and elastic seems durable.
Definitely a bit smaller than I expected - just barely fits over my 25L daypack and leaves some gaps at the sides. Would have liked it a bit larger and am unsure it would fit a 30L backpack as advertised.
Haven't used it in rain yet so can't comment on waterproofing, but it certainly is bright and good for visibility.

What's the status of my order?

Generally, orders placed Monday-Friday will be posted within 24 hours. If your order was placed over the weekend or on a local holiday it will be posted the next business day.  

You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your order has been sent
How long until I receive my order?

Typically order for metropolitan areas on Australia's east coast take up to 3 days, and regional areas a little longer.

Western Australia orders can take 7-10 days.

International orders can take a few weeks depending on location. UK/EU harness orders are fulfilled from UK (stock dependent) which reduces delivery times.
How do I change or cancel an order?

What is a pre-order?

Some items may be available for pre-order if they are not currently in-stock. This allows you to secure your product so that it will ship as soon as it arrives. Delivery times will vary based on manufacturing.
