Refund policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Monkeysee purchase. For an item received within 30 days of receipt, we will arrange an exchange or issue a full refund. The product must be in original condition and with packaging.

If we've made a mistake or the item arrived defective, please get in touch with us, and we'll make things right.

To exchange or return:

1. Include a copy of the receipt or order and note the new size or item desired.

3. Upon receipt of your return, we will refund the total cost of what was paid, including the initial shipping fee.

Refunds for all transactions will be issued using the original form of payment. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
