Australia Post and Sendle are used to ship goods within Australia and internationally.
- Envelopes are shipped by Australia Post.
- Parcels are shipped via Sendle.

How long will it take?
The delivery time for orders within Australia varies between 1-3 days for metro locations. For deliveries outside of metro this maybe a little longer.
International deliveries vary dependent upon the country but experience tells us they should arrive to most major cities in around 2 weeks.
Do you ship to PO boxes?
Parcels shipped via Sendle cannot be delivered to PO Boxes. Smaller packages are sent via Australia Post and can be delivered to PO Boxes.
For orders of more than 1 product (or more than 2 harnesses), please list a physical address for delivery.
For international order who is responsible for duties and taxes?
The assessment of applicable taxes and duties will be based upon the value of the order and the Tax-free threshold (if applicable) for goods imported into the destination country. If taxes and duties are deemed payable this will be the responsibility of the recipient.
