Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free standard shipping within Australia on orders over $60.

Orders under $60 are charged a flat shipping rate of $10.

How are orders shipped?

We use Australia Post for orders within Australia and for international deliveries.

Smaller orders (such as a single harness or spoke reflectors) that can be sent in an envelope may be shipped via regular untracked mail. Larger orders and parcels are sent via Australia Post Parcel Post and will include tracking.

How long will my order take to arrive?

For Australian orders, delivery to most metro locations generally takes approximately 1–3 business days after dispatch.

Regional and remote deliveries may take a little longer.

International delivery times vary depending on the destination country. As a general guide, orders to most major international cities arrive within approximately 2 weeks, although customs and local postal services may cause delays.

Do you ship to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers and Parcel Collect addresses?

Yes. As we ship with Australia Post, we can deliver to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers and Parcel Collect addresses within Australia.
