What's the status of my order?
Generally, orders placed Monday-Friday will be posted within 24 hours. If your order was placed over the weekend or on a local holiday it will be posted the next business day.

How long until I receive my order?
Typically order for metropolitan areas on Australia's east coast take up to 3 days, and regional areas a little longer.
Western Australia orders can take 7-10 days.
International orders can take a few weeks depending on location. UK/EU harness orders are fulfilled from UK (stock dependent) which reduces delivery times.
How do I change or cancel an order?

What is a pre-order?
Some items may be available for pre-order if they are not currently in-stock. This allows you to secure your product so that it will ship as soon as it arrives. Delivery times will vary based on manufacturing.
