Yes, we offer Free Shipping on domestic orders over $60

What are my shipping options?

Australia Post and Sendle are used to ship goods within Australia and internationally. This is arranged automatically. For any specific requirements such as Express Post services, please contact elisha@monkeysee.net.au. Additional charges may occur.

How long will it take?

The delivery time for orders within Australia varies between 1-3 days for east-coast metro locations.  For deliveries outside of metro or Western Australia this maybe a little longer.

International deliveries vary dependent upon the country but experience tells us they should arrive to most major cities in around 2-3 weeks. 

Do you ship to PO boxes, Parcel Lockers and Parcel Collect?

Yes. These are shipped via Australia Post.

For international order who is responsible for duties and taxes?

The assessment of applicable taxes and duties will be based upon the value of the order and the Tax-free threshold (if applicable) for goods imported into the destination country. If taxes and duties are deemed payable this will be the responsibility of the customer.
